What you are agreeing to

This report is provided by Sigmetric. By selecting Agree, or by opening or using a copy of this report delivered to you by any other means, you accept these terms on your own behalf and on behalf of the organization you represent, whether or not that organization is a Sigmetric client.

Permitted use

You may use this report only for your organization's internal evaluation of commercial credit exposure to the company named in it. You may share it inside your organization with people who need it for that purpose and who are bound by these terms.

Prohibited use

Do not redistribute, publish, or resell this report or any part of it outside your organization. Do not extract its contents into a database or product. Do not use it, or anything in it, in connection with decisions about any individual consumer, including credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This report is not a consumer report.

What this report is

This report is a computed summary of public records and licensed data as of the dates printed inside it. Public indexes lag reality: each source section states its own data-currency date, and a record's absence from a searched index is a statement about that search, never proof that no record exists. Flagged patterns are screening signals, not findings of fraud, default, or wrongdoing by anyone.
