Who we are

What we collect about you

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo, and we use them to identify you inside the product. A single session cookie keeps you signed in. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.

What the product holds

Sigmetric stores public records about companies, such as registry entries, court dockets, lien filings, and regulatory releases, as hash-verified copies with their source and retrieval date. Reports are about companies, not people. Sigmetric is not a consumer reporting agency and holds no consumer files.

Licensed data

Some records are obtained under license. Where a license requires it, records are purged on the licensor's schedule. For example, lapsed lien filings are removed about a year after they lapse.

Share links

A share link shows one report, read-only, and opens only after the recipient accepts the report terms. Sigmetric can revoke a share link at any time.

You can sign out at any time. To ask what we hold about your account, or to have it deleted, contact dylan@coretsu.com.
