- The service
- Sigmetric Radar watches the public record on the companies you choose and computes research reports from public records and licensed data for professional evaluation of commercial credit exposure. By using it you accept these terms.
- Access
- Sign-in is limited to authorized accounts. Keep your account and any access token confidential; you are responsible for activity under them.
- Not advice, not a rating
- Nothing in the product is investment advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or a credit rating, and nothing is a recommendation to lend, invest, trade, or take any other action. Flagged patterns are screening signals, not findings of fraud, default, or wrongdoing.
- No consumer use
- Sigmetric is not a consumer reporting agency and its output is not a consumer report. Do not use it, or anything in it, in connection with decisions about any individual consumer, including credit, insurance, employment, or housing.
- No warranty and limits on liability
- The service and its reports are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, Sigmetric is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service.
- Changes
- We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.
Every delivered report is additionally governed by the Sigmetric report terms, including their permitted and prohibited uses.
